I'm a psychologist living and working in the Denver metro area here in Colorado, USA. When I'm not doing my day-job, I'm an avid tech lover and really enjoy new \"toys\" and tinkering projects when I can find the time. I've recently been rekindling my love of home networking, diving into the smart home world, and collecting/optimizing my physical media (mostly 4K Blu Rays and Collectible Books). I'm also developing an increasing passion for bringing all of my smart/home and home-based-technology out of the cloud and into more of a completely local setup.
