New Features

  • A new target Picker
When selecting a device or entity, the target picker has had an overhaul to make it easier to understand what you’re selecting.

For example when selecting an area, it will show you which entities in that area you’ll be selecting, and can give you a breakdown from which device they’re coming from.
  • New way to add triggers, conditions and actions
When you add one of these to your automations from the UI, you’ll now be presented with a better layout on how to select these items. There’s nothing new or removed here, just a cosmetic change of where to find everything to try to clean up the UI.
  • Naming entities on dashboards
You can now choose how names appear on your cards: show the entity, device, area, floor, or even combine them. For example, in a dedicated section for a specific device, you might choose to display only the entity name to avoid repeating the device name on every card.
  • Energy Pie
The Energy Usage chart can now be changed to a Pie Chart layout!
